Service Fees

At Vacationwired.com, we provide our clients with a "Fee Free" self-booking program for car and hotel reservations. For airline reservations, there is a nominal customer service fee of $35.00 per ticket.

For those travelers who would like personal assistance with these arrangements, our Vacation Sales Consultants are available under the following fee schedule:

Airline Tickets requiring agent assistance
Issue, Void, Refund, Reissue: $35.00
Coupons and Awards Redemption: $50.00

Land Arrangements
A fee may be assessed for Non-commissionable reservations. Special, non-package, Customized Vacations and/or Group Planning may require a deposit depending upon the complexity of the arrangements. These will be discussed with you prior to project work beginning and begin at $150. These deposits are nonrefundable, however will be credited to the final payment amount.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation penalties apply to most reservations once deposit is received. The specific details of these penalties will be noted on your itinerary prior to the collection of any payments. Please be sure to read this section carefully.
